The Hunters found her, and took her in.
Taking her to an alchemist doctor, they had the doctor give her metal arms by using alchemy to make them hers.
Then, they killed the doctor.
Else was trained in Hand to hand, weaponry, shooting, ect. by the other hunters.

History; Scott was born from a family tree of alchemists. Meaning his ancestors and parents were highly powerful alchemists. When he was around seven there was a wolf that took a liking to him. To allow him to stay with him forever he transferred its soul into a bit of armor which then took the form of a wolf only metallic looking. Due to that Scott has a giant scar going down from his right shoulder back to the left side of his hip. When he turned nine he was given an ancient katana (masamune; in the picture of him above) that was fount broken and reforged just for him. At the age of thirteen took his sword with him and slayed a man right in the middle of Noruba. Since his family and his whole city were highly against killing. They decided to banish him and his pet to walk the lonely road. Since that time many years ago he set his goal to take over the world and create it to his own.
