History: Not much is known about Justin, being he was placed into District four. Only after killing a couple of the Soldiers putting him there. He is hard to explain, he is different then everyone else. The years of people nice around him, he became soft. Falling in love, before falling apart. He said and i quote, "Send your best fucking men, I will slaughter them, When i get out, i will slaughter their family. For this is my Town you fucking bastards. I run this fucking shit!" this was before he smashed his pick ax into a mans head.
